The gorgeous Gorge

The Columbia Arts Plein Air competition is right around the corner. For the next two weeks I will be practicing Plein Air! I got out at the end of the day today and I am glad I did. Sometimes things work out, sometimes they don't. This falls on the plus side! "Put it down and leave it alone"...that is what I kept in mind. I think it would be a really good reference for a studio painting.

This looks like it was painted by someone who knows what they are doing. I guess it pays to listen to yourself!

I can't take credit for "put it down and leave it alone" I read that first written by Marc Hanson. But thanks!
