This is a very loose color study for a street scene...I'll look at it again tomorrow (with fresh eyes!) to see how I feel about it.... I might take it further or go on to do another version....or I may let it stand on it's own!

Celeste, I love how loose this is.
The spots of warm color are just the right balance to keep it from being somber.
You said this is a study. Do you have plans to take it further?
AnnMarie, thanks for visiting my blog..I am probably going to make some slight adjustments to it and enter it into a show. I have had so much good feedback on it I am going to be careful not to "kill it" with too much correction. Initially I meant for it to be a study for a larger painting..but now I have decided to let it stand on it's own. :)
