I like to do a quick sketch of what I am going to paint without getting overly involved with detail. In this case the sketch turned out much better than the painting... I scrapped the painting, but I like the drawing. Tomorrow is another day.

Sorry about the painting but I have to admit, it warms the cockles of me heart to hear an experienced artist tossing a painting. Gives me hope.

I agree with Honor! Seems like your paintings are all beautiful. Kind of comforting to hear that you sometimes scrape them off, but I have a feeling it doesn't happen often.
