Celeste, this reminds me of the value study exercise in Kitty's class. One of my favorite ways to express color! Love this!

My immediate random thought when this came up.... Cinderella's pumpkin turned into a carriage but first it was this woman. Weird I know; it's a reaction to the color I think.

thank you all! hwfarber..I deleted my pondering post. Maybe I will resurrect it..they weren't related.
Carrie..I too think of a vegetable when I look at this. Indigomar, I painted it after learning about Brittany Murphy. They may say her demise is "natural" (?) but to me it seems suspiciously un-natural.
