If you have your paints out all the time..you can paint a lot. I meant to paint something bigger than this today, but an unexpected wrench got thrown into the plan. Still..because my palette almost always has paint on it, I knew I could paint something .. albeit small--this is a color study on a business card sized support.oil on 2 x 3.5 board

Wow! That's small!! What size brush did you use? There's a lot of energy in this piece. Good things come in small packages.
Wow, is right. I have a hard enought time going down to a 6x6. Nice little piece.
Inspirational! There is no excuse for not painting - even if it's just for a few minutes. And look at this beauty that came from your few minutes! -Don
it is good to have insentives as material easy to have access .
every little detail counts . the canvasses prepared alread and streched , paint by the side , smiling with calm for you asking to be touched ....
Hi Celeste,
you put those colors to good use, looking at it you cannot tell is a small painting. Sure sign of success!
Somewhere there is a dollhouse mantelpiece for this...It is delightful that you set aside this "canvas" and the time to paint it.
I love how you made lemonade with the lemons you were given. I need to follow your example.
Absolutely beautiful colors.
