Flowers ...painted over a previously painted panel

I did a "paint over" today. It was more complex than I thought it would be. The results are certainly better than the painting I painted over--but it might need some fine tuning after I have a chance to look at it again. I liked painting it--but it did turn out a little different than what I intended.

I so love how you do this! I am going to try one tonight. Thank you for always being an artistic inspiration for me!

I like the way it is breaking up into abstraction, it has an evanescent quality.

Oh my!! I think this is beautiful, Celeste. It has a Bergin stamp on it that makes it a standout from the average flower painting. Just stunning, honestly!

Wonderful! And, always inspiring to see how you do this. I love the way you handled the violets in the final painting.
