I had very little time to paint one tree at Laurelhurst today. It was a beautiful day--even though I didn't manage to do a 2nd painting. This is a Potpourri post, so I am leaving you with a cows cows cows by Cyriak.

Wow, we don't have cows like this at the ranch. Must be unique to Portland. Between them and your pink sox, I'm loving your blog for all the wrong reasons. When I'm not distracted by the goofy stuff, the paintings and workshops are memorable.

Cow spiders are wicked cool! But, they're not nearly as cool as that lady in the photo at the bottom or the painting she did at the top.
