Day Three--Pacific Northwest Plein Air 2010

I arrived a little late-ish to the Springhill Vineyard in Mosier. The scenery was dominated by dry blonde grass.

Absolutely beautiful location for this day of plein aire painting. How cool to have a group of artist friends to paint with!

I love your mountain field, Celeste. You've captured the bit of life left in some of the plants as well as the later summer dry grasses. The colors in the mountain itself are beautiful!
