I wanted to do some painting today...but I didn't feel that I had time to launch into something new...so I did the next best thing. I found an old painting that I could strengthen. I sanded the painting down lightly and then I applied oil paint and medium judiciously over the top of the old version. Painting: Celeste Bergin, Dark Pitcher, 2010, Oil on canvas panel 8x8

Liked it before, still like it.
I like your style so much. This one is very pleasing to the eye. The blues and oranges almost make me thirst for a cool drink from that pitcher. It feels like a hot summer day.
Gorgeous, Celeste! The color is so rich!
GORGEOUS! I'm a huge sucker for blue and orange. I always love your abstracted realness. :-))
Hi Celeste, beautiful work. How I love the blurry edges!

Vibrant colors Congratulations!
Great colors! I like the improvement.
I posted a link to you today. Thanks for visiting...
I checked out the old one; this new one is stronger. When I think you can't get any better--you do. Amazing.
MMMMmmmmm....yummy, kid.
It's like something from a dream...I love it!
I love how those blues glow!
