Lovely painting, very atmospheric! I really like the light and dark contrasts - the break in the clouds, and highlights on the roofs and windows.

As a follower of your blog, I now look at abandoned houses with a different eye. I haven't tried painting one--you give them soul, like a pet waiting for its owner's return. (Christmas make me sentimental--I need to fast-forward to January.)
