Luscious!!! I wonder how many other posts will start with an "L" word. So rich and you've made a simple subject look like a prize fit for a king.

My first reaction was "oh, Celeste is going to paint her Bunker", then was struck by all the lovely colors ... orange, red, blue, gold, yellow ... the list goes on. Beautiful.

Who else could take a common paint can and make it look spectacular? LOVE it, Celeste!! The shape and colors are so beautiful.

I just love this painting, so simple yet complex and all in one, the colours are fantasitc. This is my first time visiting yoru blog and Im glad I found it, beautiful work. I also like the the "city nightfall" and the painting you did Dec 13. And I noticed you like also painting/drawing umbrellas (me too : )

Wonderful work & Happy Belated Birthday!!!

Most of the great adjectives have already been taken, but I feel the word RICH fits quite nicely. You are amazing...

Celeste, what are you renovating now? I remember you going at it in your studio awhile back.

Love how you've allowed those bits of blue to sing out amidst all the welcoming warm surrounding colors!

A "still" life that "moves" me.

Wow ... you did a great job with your colors. That touch of blue makes the whole thing glow!
