What a beautiful and serene painting, the sky is wonderful.
What a lovely scene, Celeste, and painted so beautifully. I hope this doesn't sound naive or off the mark, but I'm dying to know how you've made this look like an old painting. Is it simply the colors you've chosen? (And when I say old, I mean as in old master's like!) Do you put a special glaze on it? Please know I'm simply asking out of ignorance, not rudeness. I just love the effect!
another breathtaking landscape, there are no words!
Truely beautiful Celeste. Your heart is in a wonderful place.Sharons mosaic is a piece of art that is timeless. My sympathies.
Unique and maybe the best I've seen on your blog. Blue ribbon.
I'm currently hooked on the hours of least light. This painting shows why. Very nice.Sharon's mosaic fish has a wonderful range of colors. She did this simple image so well.
This is a lovely painting. I love the glow on the horizon. What a lovely tribute to your fellow artist. Her mosaic is a beautiful part of what I assume is your garden. My condolences.-Don
Quite beautiful - I love the gold shimmer of it. Masterful. The painting is a thoughtful tribute; Ms. Adams' life casts a powerful glow as it sets. I suspect, looking at her mosaic, that she had a true love of that life.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I love your palette and your taste. Elegant beyond words.
Wonderful painting, it really glows! Fantastic choice of color. Truly captured that Last Light mood!
That's a beautiful painting and the mosaic is wonderful. I'm sorry for your loss.
Hi Celeste...what a beautiful warm sky! My new favorite.
