I've stepped away from this painting for a week. I wanted it to dry so that I could tone it down in places and heighten it in others. I'll get back to it, but in the meantime, I'm showing you where it's at.Painting: Celeste Bergin, No Parking (in progress), Oil on gallery wrap canvas 38 x 48

Celeste- It's gorgeous! What exciting work. I look forward to seeing where you go with it.
Like where you are at. The mood and the abstractions work so well.
Rich Colors
I love how you're managing all the rich colors in what looks like a dark, rainy day.
Votre sujet arrive à maturation peu à peu et c'est toujours très intéressant de pouvoir voir les phases successives.

I love this bright and beautiful palette you have found.
Such a dark and mysterious sense to this piece. I think it is so wonderful, Celeste! Well done, my friend!
Contrast has soo much power!
I am really intrigued with this painting. I love the perspective you took and the edges and colors add to the atmosphere. It's an impressive painting, Celeste. I would love to see this and more of your work in person!
It is gorgeous. This reminds me of the beautiful Tim Burton Batman movie. I only saw one and don't know which it was. I felt I was inside a painting.
This is so exciting! I really like the way you are skewing the shapes and the colour is alive and just seeing it feels like it must be so much fun to paint in this way.
Interesting perspective .. amd great great color and what is really impressive is the size.. Good work and I want to see it when finished..
