I'm a representational painter, but recently I've enjoyed exploring the quasi-abstract....(and I know I'll be "traveling" down more of these paths in the future). Painting: Celeste Bergin, The Path Home, Acrylic on 40 x 30 gallery wrapped canvas (Sold)

I tried quazi-abstract today, but it came out queasy. It'll be a do-over. You're amazing!
Cool painting! I've really loved your exploration of more abstract painting; I think you have such a great sense of composing shapes and colors.
Gorgeous , strong, warm. Like it a lot
Now this is an abstract that I really do like. So full of colour and feeling marvellous.
A gorgeous palette!
Happy Women's Day
Celeste, I've told you before that your abstracts are incredible! I think your knowledge base of graphic design comes through with your sence of balance, color, and composition. You do it so well that you'd probably gain some huge blue ribbons! Just sayin' :)
Uplifting!
How interesting! Celeste within the last month i've had to do some of that as well for my colour and design class. Posted two on my blog will be posting others. I find the whole idea so cool. It's really like taking a path that you haven't before. 'Scared' yet excited to see where it leads. I like this painting.
Tremendous placing of colors, Celeste!
Great color and quiet beauty.
I think it looks like an intersection from above, with semis and other vehicles all waiting their turn. very cool!
I do love this one Celeste. You are a master of composition, the crux of abstract design.
I like this. That cool blue (home) admidst the reds and whites is perfect. I agree, you have a sense of composition that shows in all your work.
Nice one, Celeste! You have a great instinct and design sense, making abstract a natural foray. Congrats on the sale too!
