Gosh Celeste! How do you get that yellowish cast to the piece to make it look like it originated back in the days of the masters? So gorgeous! I thought this was a small river and that was a gorgeous little cottage nestling alongside of it. So interesting to note it is a road. Is that a toll booth then? An old country town and a roadkeepers cottage? I love when a painting makes me think and imagine!
