......"Oh, sure" one said, "anything for art".

Mufasa the cat helps me make decisions about which paintings to take to the Blue Kangaroo in Sellwood this afternoon.

I had to sheepishly ask these women (who were firmly ensconced) to move while I hung my work. "Oh, sure" one said, "anything for art".

(David McBride and I have work at Blue Kangaroo through July 2011).

I find making the decisions, what to show, much harder than the hanging. Hope you have a good show.

I'm glad Mufasa was there to help. Who knows what kind of show you would have ended up hanging?!?

I love those green walls! They are gorgeous and your work looks beautiful on them, Celeste!

It's so interesting to me to see how you frame your small works, and to get a better sense of size. How many pieces did you hang? Do you put oils under glass? Good luck with the show.

It looks like Mufasa has good taste! And it looks like that photo of the two women and your paintings on the wall will become another painting :) Hope the show goes very well.

I love the picture of the beat-up brushes. Stand back--artist at work!

Cats are picky. How'd he (?) do?

Great hanging, and my fave is the ballerina.

I don't think Mufasa could make a wrong choice, in my opinion. I really enjoyed seeing your pictures hanging. I made it screen size, and just sat back for a few minutes admiring your work. I love what you do. Good luck in the Blue Kangaroo!
