Utrecht Plein Air in the Park
I met Carrie in the Park Blocks and we participated in Utrecht's 5th Annual Plein Air in the Park Blocks. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and and as an extra bonus, Utrecht gave us a nice fabric bag with some art supplies inside....Hey, thanks, Utrecht!

Looks like it was a nice turn out for the event. Great painting of the painter -- I always love those! You are busy with great things this summer ... and more to come!
Love the solid shapes and the blue against the landscape. Very enjoyable painting.
I so miss being able to participate in this kind of event. Now that I'm unfettered (no job), I'm going to look into joining the local watercolor club here in town. They meet during the afternoons on Fridays, if memory serves. Nice painting with a cool sense of city and park combined!
Hi,Celeste,
Nice and cheerful work! Enjoy painting and Sunday!!
Cheers,Sadami
I love when you put short videos together. I am always amazed how you are committed daily to making art. What a wonderful practice and example you set, your plein air group looks like a good time!
I love the simplicity of the figure in this painting. Just enough detail so that the viewer takes in the rest of the painting!
This is beautiful - the scenery is positively dancing! I love all of the events you participate in.
Looks like you had a terrific day. The paintings are lively and happy. They have the airiness of watercolor...difficult to achieve with oils. Nice.
Robin is right--you set a great example. Nice painting plus photos of good-looking guys--thanks.
