wow-there is something otherworldly about this image-the halo-like umbrella could be considered a metaphor for lots of things....i especially like your brushwork and palette throughout the whole painting- absolutely beautiful!
Love this, Celeste! It has an Oriental look about it. The umbrella resembles the moon...thus my Oriental sounding title: Moon Umbrella. Weird how my mind works, eh? :)

This is so lovely, Celeste. I think it might be my favorite umbrella painting. At first glance, it made me think of Maxfield Parrish.
She looks limned by the moon and oh so beautiful! I agree with the word ethereal!

The umbrella resembles the moon...thus my Oriental sounding title: Moon Umbrella.
Weird how my mind works, eh? :)
The luminosity in her white parasol reallt adds to this composition.
I agree with SamArtDog--this might might be my favorite umbrella painting. I love that the umbrella is moon-like. This painting glows.
Me gustaría tener tu capacidad de síntesis. Felicidades por tu obra!!

:D
Celeste! These last two paintings are wonderful!
White Umbrella has a classic look, it says charm and grace with an inner thought.
Friday is on the move. Dealing with
things at hand.
I enjoy how your art "speaks" a universal language. Which is what art can do when it is true!
