Very true, Celeste. Suddenly we were all related and cared for one another.

Your words always just say enough to make me think, make me remember, make me want to try harder, do more, be better. I thank you for that, Celeste. And am very thankful that I am free to do all of those things. My heart just swells to overfull for all those directly affected by 9.11, the changes in their lives from that horrific day and that will never be the same again. As it should be for all Americans.

Love all those pieces on gesso'd paper below and of course, this work outfit ready and waiting for...?, for we never know what will happen in our lives.

It is true. As far as this day is concerned, we are all still New Yorkers. I love the painting too - very cool departure from your usual style.

Ten years ago, we, the American people came together as a country banded.
"God shead his grace on thee" is and always will be.
God bless each and every American where ever, and whoever you are.

Celeste, your patriotism helps artists, fallen and falling.

Your Blog is an honor to reflect.
