Portland Plein Air at Cathedral Park Place

It has been said that a painting is not finished until it is hung on the wall and viewed by another!

All the paintings in today's exhibition served as a tangible reminder of the many good times we had together in 2011. A big thanks to our host Kat Sowa and to all the art appreciators who came out to see our work. It was a perfect day .............spent with people who love painting!

Painting: Celeste Bergin, Last Light, oil on 8x8 canvas panel (Update: SOLD)

you've painted it well :)

Looks like a fun group, and the paintings would be fun to see in real life. Thanks for sharing this!

Celeste - You are right about a painting not being finished until it is hung on the wall of another - I love my Celeste Bergin painting that is hanging on my wall! It was a great time at the PPASP show at Cathedral Park yesterday - Thanks!

Wow! The three landscapes you turned in for this show were wonderful. Especially that last one...you nailed that last light! I enjoyed the slide show, too.
