I like this! Great subject. There's nothing like an artist's jar of brushes!

I absolutely love this piece, Celeste. It brings almost a sense of euphoria for me, rather like Pinnochio has when he says, "I'm a real boy!" Makes me believe I'm a real artist (even though I'm not except in my heart). It is gorgeous and I love the subdued light. Perfection.

Une composition qui me plaît bien... Elle est un thème qui sensibilise beaucoup de peintres. Vos nuances de couleurs chavirent mon regard.
Ma journée est une ébauche d'une reprise nonchalante mais qui me ravit...
gros bisous

This is a great painting Celeste. The greens are awesome, the mug is terrific with great highlights and the brushes are are perfect. Makes me want to start painting, right now!

yes...this is a really nice painting...especially appealing to those of us who like to keep our brushes in a jar. Good work, as usual!
