This is an in-progress photo of my portrait of our lovely model at Kat Sowa's studio today. I had to leave early today so I could get to the Interpretations reception at the Columbia Art Gallery in Hood River (slide show below). To see the other painter's versions of the model, go HERE. The portrait is coming along beautifully, Celeste! I always find myself wondering at what goes on in the model's life when I see your portraits. What is she thinking about? The reception looks held in a beautiful venue. Love those big beams in the ceiling. Looks like a decent turnout as well.
