Tuesday~!

This red chair painting is a bit of practice with a warm red and a cool red.

In other news, the other day I got tweeted by Elephant's Deli (below). Elephant's must have gotten an alert that Carrie and I did a sketch there (after it was blogged). ......Fun to get the mention! :)

Painting: Celeste Bergin, Red Chair, oil on 8x10 canvas panel

Oh boy! This is just lovely, Celeste! I much prefer your chairs to my own. The POV is perfect here. Kudos on the tweetos!

I could roll up in that chair to read a book and be asleep before I'd read a page!

Does that mean you get to use the deli, gratis?

I like Elephant's Deli. They should give you a free cup of coffee next time you are there. I clearly see the warm and cool reds in the chair. I want to sit in it and smoke a pipe.

I think I would come well I curl up in this beautiful chair comfortable as it seems ... I just finished the sketch of my next painting and I feel completely empty ... Just want to let me go ... then this chair would really welcome! Big hugs and congratulations for this painting

(Thanks Martine!)
