Wednesday--!

Today I went to Hood River to handle some administrative things for the upcoming plein air event.

While I was there I did a little window shopping. I love these sparkly shoes.

This is Silverado.  It's great to stop in and have a look at the beautiful jewelry.

Flowers in the flower shop

...And the highlight of the day was visiting with Robert Joki of Sovereign Gallery.
Bonus...! I got to see his restored 1992 Penske PC21 race car.
(Yes, the very one that Mears and Fittapaldi drove).
Now, that's not something you see everyday. Great day! How was yours?

I'm hoping to break clear and get back into drawing next week - another street scene of York.

Take care.

Ooh...what a gorgeous floral piece! Softness and beauty unequaled, Celeste. Sigh...you sure know how to live. Like the style of the shoes but the glitz? Not me at all! LOL

Celeste! You need those shoes I think. The flower painting is lovely-very soft and delicate.

Lucky girl to have such great shopping nearby.

Seeing the penske car is very exciting...went to Indy 500 years ago and fell in love with those cars...NOT to even mention those special fantasy shoes!

The flowers are very nice. I like tha you lost the edges of some of the petals, the bouquet is a marriage of styles - srebnik ad ovanis!

Gros bisous.
