Presentation at the NW Oil Painter's Guild

I gave a presentation tonight to NWOPG in Vancouver. The topic was Amateur vs. Professional painting. At the end of my talk we did a collaborative non-representational painting. Each person added strong bold marks to a single canvas (just for fun)! The painting was won in a drawing (and the winner was Marianne Stokes).

Absolutely fascinating to watch individuals paint one painting. It came out looking wonderful. I'd put it in my foyer!
