Sunday!

Today was a beautiful day...perfect for a little ink sketching.

Here I am at Taggart & 17th

I used my favorite pocket-sized sketchbook.

I sketched at two additional churches...to round out the day.
Slideshow below. (Did you have a great holiday? I did!)

It does indeed look like a gorgeous day! I'm trying to figure out how the bullfighter and bull correlates to the churches?! LOL Wonderful day of sketching!

Something about those ink sketches-love the quality of the nice big lines I guess. And look! You have your shorts on! Great weather:)

Envy you the weather, Celeste. here the snow is still lingering.

Loved the sketches - great way of spending the day.

Sorry about your brother. I lost my younger brother a few months ago, and still can't come to terms with it.

Wonderful sketching, Celeste. I really like the way you nailed the form with such apparent ease.

What a nice Easter post and a great way to spend the day...sketching pretty churches. There are many old churches here in Wichita that I have thought about photographing and eventually painting. It just seems impossible to get everything done.

Love the photo of you on the corner with your little supply basket and pink hat. Perfect!
