Wed-nes-day!

I painted this awhile back, it is simply a from-imagination painting with left-over paint. I had taken the cat out, but I tonight I put it back in...more or less. (Is that a cat? ......"It is if you want it to be"). A few of my friends might recognize the inside joke there.

Painting: Celeste Bergin, Reading in the Lamplight, oil on 8x8 canvas panel

This has a lovely spiritual feel to it, Celeste.

I only wish I had an imagination to do a painting!! I think that's an art by itself...VERY nice piece, Celeste!!

"Simple" imagination? Wonderful imagination!! This is great and nothing beats one's own imagination.

Beautiful--is that a cross I see?

Reminds me of work that would illustrate a story. I see a cross too. The cat looks enough like a cat to read as a cat!
