Wed-nes-day!

I'm making a concerted effort to put down a lot of paint. My plan is to let this get tacky and add more paint in a second and maybe third pass. Why not!

Oil Study (based on previous painting), Celeste Bergin, Waterway, oil on 10x8 canvas panel

It does look finished to me too. I will be interested to see what you do with a second and maybe a third pass. I think your first passes are right on. Why do you think this one needs more?

Good to have a plan, Stan! I like the thicker paint application too here. It's hard to do though isn't it?

This is lovely. I want to jump in my (not) canoe and meander on down the waterway...all the way to your next interesting painting.

More is good! I have been revisiting paintings and that next layer often adds something special. I love how this one starts.......so clear and well composed. Beautiful blues.

I enlarged this and it seems to have a lot of paint already--it's beautiful. Will you price by weight?
