'Notan'

I found this great article about Notan and painting by Mitch Albala. It's such a smart way to approach painting!

Gros bisous

Hello Celeste,

I just did a little background ... I realized that I had missed a number of publications.
This last painting reminded me of a place where I walk Icarus, with the last time in fall colors, intense red foliage.
A beautiful painting ... I like the blur you beautifully created.

Kisses

(Thanks Martine!)

I agree..Beautiful painting. Your style and approach to your landscapes has shifted in the last few months. No mistaking your soft, mysterious marks. Love the notan info. I use the App 'Viewfinder' on my phone sometimes..Now I know what that means!

I love this painting. You definitely understand composition and abstract shapes... Notan indeed!
