Oh is she reading a book? I love that; lends a collegiate air to the piece and with the dark background I think of the schools in England...I do so love how your pieces always set a mood and paint a picture within a picture for me!

I really love this Celeste. She is pretty and the atmosphere around her is warm...is she at Shakespeare and Co in Paris? :)

This is wonderful!!! i love the light, the burst of sienna in the hair, beautifully done and i agree with hw...very Sargent-like!
