I'm baaaaaaaack

Where have I been?
This photo was taken today right before my discharge from the hospital. Here is my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Mark Whiteford. He removed a section of my colon (on Tuesday) and fixed me! Yay!

THANKS to all of you for wondering where I have been and worrying about me! As you can see..everything is copasetic :)

Wow! Celeste! That is some major surgery. (My brother had it, so I know) I am amazed you had surgery this week and are already out of the hospital! May your recovery go perfectly.

Hi Sneaky,
Needless to say, we were quite surprised to learn you were hospitalized, but seeing the look on your face told us everything is okay. :)))))
Michele and I wish you a speedy recovery and return to the art world. Of course your stealthy absence make it seem like you never left.
Best Wishes,
Gary and Michele.

Wow, I was getting worried that it was something like this. I am so glad that everything came out so well, and if there is more to mend, I hope it is quick and without much discomfort.

Now for the selfish: I was going through Celeste Bergin withdrawal! Every day I checked you post and nothing! You are an inspiration in your life and your art. But that comes with responsibility: this is inexcusable. Don't let it happen again, young lady! ;)

You do look amazing after that ordeal. While I tell the world everything with photos, you certainly keep things under wraps. I wondered what happened, But I figured the holidays hadn't ended. I'm glad you came through looking good and hopefully feeling the way you look. Speedy recovery dear heart. Painting will wait as will we. Happy New Year Celeste.

Wow! Even though this expression seems trite and a bit immature, "OMG!" That is exactly how I felt when I saw your photo with the surgeon! I am more than thrilled you are on the mend. I was wondering why you weren't posting but thought, "Even Celeste doesn't have to post every day!" This art blogging thing still amazes me. It is wonderful that we are learning to care about wonderful people that we met through art! You are certainly one of them Celeste!
So my art buddy! A very huge welcome back. Stay well and make more beautiful art!
Your relieved and happy to see you back art buddy,
Michael

Oh Celeste…I am sorry for what you have been through. It seems you came through with flying colors…I bet your art made your surgery go more smoothly than a regular person. You are not regular..you are a beautiful artist that makes all of us happy. We missed you

Oh my goodness, Celeste! Don't like the sound of this but praying you are truly "fixed" and feeling back to your normal self. I want to thank you for taking time to think of me while you've been away from blogging and I so appreciate your card. It came at a perfect time as I've been so down and worried. Please tell me you are 100% again?!

So sorry to be so late with my sympathies, Celeste, but not too late to wish you a speedy recovery.

Poor you, pamper yourself, m'dear, and keep scratching out such lovely work.

Don't overdo things!
