I like what you've done with the gouache. It's a fun medium to use and almost magical how it reactivates with water.

Love the sketch with the mums...it's such an elegant drawing.

Looks like you're back to normal...3 miles is great!

What gorgeous colors that perfectly exemplify the Pacific Northwest! Such a looseness that works with this little landscape and still highlights one of my most favorite places! Beautiful, Celeste. And yep; it is my uncle that is the blood relative.

I just love the look of this-the idea. It looks like you are using the gouache right out of the tube-rather thickly. Is that the case?
