Brrr...you've beautifully captured "cold." Such a gorgeous winter landscape!

Did you paint outside like Roos? I have seen a photograph of Monet standing at his easel in the snow. Today it is 10 degrees...I am not going out!

I think I am going to hate to see winter end for all you northerners. I love winter scenes but here in Albuquerque we have had only a dusting of snow.

This is such a beautiful painting…utterly peaceful.

Well and Done
I love the completeness
of a finished painting
that leaves an impression
touching on the abstract
which lets the viewer
see all and more,
here feeling the cool,
while pulled into
that distant light.
