Friday!

This sunset painting is one of those "Less is More" things. There are few colors and few strokes..yet,  (to me) it adequately tells the story.  I knew enough to stop with this right when it made sense to stop!

Painting, Celeste Bergin, Gorge Sunset, oil on 6x6 canvas panel (purchase information here)

Love the quote, and love the drama, and moodiness of this fabulous painting!

I've really liked these last two paintings. Good of you to be paying attention enough to stop when things were just right:)

That sky is absolutely stunning, Celeste! You did indeed stop at the perfect place! And I am so glad you like your painting of your mom. You made my day!

This is very simple and very enticing. The sunset and land forms lead me directly to water, about which I am always joyful.

It tells it to me, too. Congrats on knowing when to stop. This absolutely glows because you didn't keep fiddling with it. Wish I always knew when to stop. Thanks for the reminder.
