Monday!

I went to a painting session with a model tonight. She was super-pretty. I loved her dramatic eyes.

She is absolutely glowing, Celeste!! Somehow you've captured so beautifully your own perception of her beauty.

No worries on stopping blogging. I've been doing it for 8 years and it has never lost its allure for me. Most of my "friends" are online and you are one of the most special to me. I just am feeling quite down, and not having any time to do art is wreaking havoc on my gut.

She MUST have been super pretty, because your painting is super gorgeous. The image in the thumbnail on my blog drew me in right away. xo

I especially love the perfect value of the red strap in shadow - sets off her beautiful lips.

I love the painting. I don't love super pretty models. I like character--craggy cheeks and bags under the eyes. Maybe it's my age that likes to see some age on the models, more signs of life etched in their brow? But Hilda's right, your skin tones are lovely.
