Tuesday!

I painted this with the end-of-my-paints on my palette.  Also, last week I went to Thursday art discussion and here is what everyone brought....Alla Prima Portland

(Painting) Celeste Bergin, Portrait, oil on 12x9 canvas panel

Nice soft, dreamy look to this painting. Was she from your imagination?

The eyes are very compelling, and bags of character captured. Love it!

I agree with Helen. She has a gentleness about her.
And you did her with left over paint? Remarkable!

I've been following along and enjoying all of your recent work. I also truly enjoy my virtual visits to your art discussion meetings and sketch clubs. I always get something out of reading your minutes. You have a talented group. Amazing you did this with "leftovers" - I like the way she is leaning and a touch to the side. Surprised to have been able to comment on this one as your latest, hope all is well.
